%X This paper suggested a risk management model oriented to reliability soft. Firstly, used the Bayesian belief networks ( BBN) , the risks which had influenced the reliability of soft were analyzed. Secondly, established a risk control model based on constraint satisfaction. The research on soft project risk management provided a new method for improving the quality and reliability of soft.
