%X This paper analyzed part manufacturability under concurrent engineering (CE) environment in detail. Proposed a system framework of design for manufacturing (DFM) according to CE ideas. Established an evaluation system for part manufacturability feature-based and a definition model of part feature-based.This paper intended to present the evaluation method for part manufacturability feature-based. It pointed out the evaluation was typical decision making process of multiple level. Proposed two methods that were qualitative evaluation of product machinability based on rule of manufacturing restriction and quantitative evaluation of product machinability based on fuzzy judge of integrative and gave the solutions. Using above research method, product design could be guided according to feedback information by evaluating the part manufacturability. Finally,gave an example of rabbet-feature manufacturability of a turbine blade to show the method available and practicable.
