%X This paper introduced the definitions of partial word and its holes. Researched the relationship between the holes and Watson-Crick Hamming distance. And achieved the relationship between Watson-Crick Hamming distance and DNA encoding. Optimized the DNA code with mismatches by analyzing the hole positions which presented in the partial words. The mismatch problem had been solved except that the holes distribute in the DNA strands dispersedly in DNA encoding.
