%X This paper put forward a set of work flow to build early-warning system for cultivated land quality based on GIS and database technology,and designed system functions and structure.In order to testify system's effect,developed cultivated land quality early-warning system and built database in Jintan city.The results show that the cultivated land quality early-warning system can provide assistant support for cultivated land quality early-warning,also provide temporal data for regional cultivated land protection.
