%X Aimed at the faultiness of new type rural cooperation medical information system at present, this paper proposed a mobile information system design of new type rural cooperation medical. Focused on the implementation of interactive interface, network communications and XML analysis problems of mobile device based on J2ME technology after introducing the overall frame of the mobile information system.
