%X The accuracy of AVS video Coding inter frame prediction was 1/4 pixel, resulting in a higher complexity of the algorithm. In order to reduce the complexity, this paper proposed a new rapid sub-pixels movement search algorithm based on the bilinear interpolation, which had really reduced the complexity of the sub-pixels movement search, and was suitable for hardware implementation as well. Experimental results show that the new algorithm can reduce computational complexity more than 40% without debasing the quality performance of the video.
