%X The paper explains the concept of system performance and system performance evaluation, and points out the difference among that system performance, cost-effective, and system ability, but also clears the importance and necessity for performance evaluation of complex electronic information system. Then it introduces Weapon System Effectiveness Industry Advisory Committee method, Analytic Hierarchy Process, fuzzy evaluation method, neural network method, expert investigation method, multi-attribute decision-making method, which used for performance evaluation of complex electronic systems. Finally make horizontal analysis from the advantages and disadvantages, the applicability, and the key points of these six kinds of performance evaluation methods.
