%X This paper introduced the research development of trusted computing,described the principle mechanism,system structure and realization framework of trusted computing platform based on extensible firmware interface.Analyzed the trusted chain process model and its' key technology such as the construction of trusted platform model and TCG software stack,validation of file integrity.
