%X Aimed at the absence of the real-time decision support of the relationship quality on supplier relationship management, based on the characteristic of relationship quality dimensionality, combined the production of satisfaction, this paper constructed the dynamic satisfaction model of the relationship quality. Through the aging factor, the model is dynamic and can be used by different style manager. Meanwhile the value factor help provide the risk. A simulation experiment shows the feasibility of the model.
