%X The concept of weights is used in fuzzy queries to relational database based on theory of fuzzy set, which shows the relative importance users paying to different attributes in query clauses. The records satisfying queries are output in the decrease of matching degrees, so users can select what they want best. Weights and matching degrees here are linguistic variables, whose values are linguistic terms. So the queries become more flexible.
