%X Based on the analysis of the insufficiency in the CAE service provided with the traditional mode of ASP, and with investigation on some drawbacks of the conversional ASP mode in this, a new ASP mode employing the technology of smart client had been proposed, which possessed more profuse user experience and higher expansibility. The framework as well as key technologies for the development of such a CAE service provision system based on the above new mode had been presented. A prototype system had been implemented with the application of the .NET development platform, with some preliminary tests been carried out for validation.
