%X This paper describes the design of a new cache replacement algorithm for hybrid P2P media streaming system where there is a server.Based on the information retrieved from the sever,the algorithm make the numbers of a streaming media's copies in all the system in proper proportion to it's popularity,such that the cache hit rate is more higher and the capacity of the system improved.The simulation results indicate that,compared with the simple algorithms such as LRU,the algorithm has better performance,while it is simple and efficient.
