%X Associated with the advantage of GIS,this paper researches and implements the City Land Early-warning System based on GIS.It can store each kinds of land value messages from the perspective of spatial and using the visual interface to satisfy the requirement of land value early-warning.At the same time,it uses several different kinds of early-warning models which makes it can adapt different situations and different user's requirements.
