%X Used modernization communication method real obtain data, and with GIS, this paper developed a integrity nowcasting warning server platform, the system requirement designed implement three aspect make particular, gave emphasis to introduce the design communication system and data system, implementation of GIS layer. The design of this system has extensive applicability for the similar environment and requirements. The system is running well in practice.
