%X The current version of Bluetooth specification only supports the formation of the piconets and scheduling and routing of the packs in piconets. The scatternet which is multi-hop comprising multiple piconets is simply described. The Bluetooth does not indicate any method for scatternet formation. Many papers address the issue related to internetworking such networks to form larger scatternets. Some algorithms were not designed to work well with dynamic environments where devices arrive and leave arbitrarily. This paper described dynamic algorithm about mobility and distribution so as to enhance the performance of the self-healing networks and dynamic adaptability.
