%X Electronic government affair takes more important role in government affair with the developing of the computer science. While, net security going to be more obvious, the security electronic government affair system should be constructed. It is mentioned in this paper that how to construct electronic government affair net based on Immune System (IS) and analyze the efficiency of it. The result of the experiment shows that it is a feasible way to construct security electronic government affair net based on immune system. It is more security and less expense than another technologies.
