It proposed a new improved shock filters term, which produced adaptive magnitude from image structural information, for the image enhancement and denoising. The method could not only well restrain noise but also enhance edge and keep much more details of an image, and the computed time of this algorithm was greatly shortened. It gave the form of discretization directly.Experimental results show that the effectiveness for image enhancement and denoising with the method is better. %K shock filters %K anisotropic diffusion %K image enhancement %K image denoising
