段春辉 %A 丁国富 %A 张吉辉 %A 高照学 %J 计算机应用研究 %D 2007 %I %X The related problems in tube bending process and the frames of the tube bending CAD/CAM system were presented,and a divided scheme of the system modules was given out.Conversion algorithms from XYZ coordinate to YBC coordinate were constructed.In consideration of the springback and elongation characteristics of a tube,a compensation algorithm was designed so as to compensate the manufacturing data of tubes and obtain accurate cutting stock size.Based on process conditions and collision factors,the bendability of a tube was analyzed from two hierarchies which were rude analysis and simulation analysis.The system was implemented in Visual C++ programming tool and OpenGL graphics library,now it is running successfully. %K tube bending %K CAD/CAM %K compensation for springback and elongation %K bendability %K simulation analysis
