%X The paper uses the measure of resource attribute and reliability of resource replica to design data replica policy. Use the quantitative measurement of fault to determine the quantity of replica resources and the location of replica resources. The paper designs a new replica policy. And use the new replica policy to design he replica management system based on the requirement of earthquake disaster alleviation simulation grid system. All these mean solve the data replica problem in earthquake application field.
