%X Based on Bayesian network which uses enhanced field sets and naive Bayes respectively, the paper studies the construetion of chinese traditional medical clinical diagnosis model for coronary heart disease, and gain information algorithm is used to choose the fields used for the two models. The experimental data are selected from the electronic patient information database,and the experimental results show that naive Bayes and Bayesian network have better classification capability in Chinese traditional medical clinical diagnosis model.
