%X Aiming at the problems of development and manipulation of mobile data service,this paper puts forward a method and technology of designing short message value-added service on 3G mobile data service platform.By adding short message twice confirmable flow and black-white table function,outing of supervision and rubbish short message problems can be solved.The system performance and method of design flow are improved by applying to Session cache mechanism and multithread technology.It is good to develop short message applicated project.With these,the management to SP is more effective,the manipulated mode of short message value-added service is altered from fragile management to robust management(SP deceits are restricted),infinite commercial value and social benefits are gained.
