%X Because of high density and high access speed, NAND flash memory has been widely used in the embedded system area, but the inherited erase-write mechanism and high bad-block rate become obstacles during application. To make effectiwe use of the advantages while overcoming its constraints, a new kind of log structured embedded file system for NAND flash memory is presented in the paper. The file system is implemented in embedded Linux and performance evaluation is carried out on it.
