%X This paper proposes a secure scheme for on-line corporate tax return system based on fingerprint recognition and smart cards,which solves the secure problems in authentication and data transmission.This scheme keeps the private key of the client using smart cards,which insures the security of this key,and makes full use of fingerprint information to justify the users of the on-line corporate tax return system and generate DES keys,which has the characteristics of dynamic keys and two-way authentication,and improves the security of the on-line corporate tax return system in authentication and data transmission.
