%X This paper put forward a new encapsulation protocol of active packet through comparison between ANEP and active IP option protocol. And in order to retain the architecture of traditional network as much as possible while lay out the new protocol or application faster, this thesis suggested the combination of the functions of DNS and CS on the basis of the distributed code caching for active networks, and the identicalness of the nomination of the active code with that of the domain name. Finally,established a new active code life cycle algorithm in ANN and CS cache.
