%X This paper proposed a framework of Problem Solving Environment(PSE) for astronomy application based on science data grid,after analyzing the requirement of science research in virtual observatory.It designed and implemented a material PSE on science data grid for the astronomic application of "Detect arm structure of the Milky Way through OB associations mining from 2MASS",researched key problems in the implementation.
