%X The performance of traditional web sites for job finding do not satisfy job-finders and enterprises because of their simple functions, low level services and weak interactions. This paper proposes a new design to solve the problem. The new system runs a matching algorithm to find out the best choices for both job-finders and enterprises. It also delivers audio-video communication functions, In this paper, the architecture of the system, the matching algorithm based on fuzzy logic and the implementation of the communication function are introduced. Other interesting people may benefit from the idea.
