%X The mechanism of the cyber-payment and how it should be performed, and controlling all these steps are implemented without compromising the system security is important. As a result, the method of off-line payment sounds like one of the best way to solve these kind of problems. After throughly analyzed all the aspects related to this method, eg. The thories, the types of risk confront it and the way to enforce it's security,conclude a set of security specifications for the off-line payment.
