%X Reliability is the most important index in evaluating ELS3. On the basis of complexity and levity of ELS3 , new algorithm, which is different from traditional system reliability, is brought forward. And simulation to calculate reliability about ELS3 is introduced. Thus a basic algorithm to evaluate collectivity reliability about a muhi-state, muhi-structure ELS^3 is offered.
