%X To improve the performance of communication between TTCN-3 test components, a shared-memory management framework was designed and implemented on the fundamental test platform, a TTCN-3 test system, which supports dynamic switching between different memory management strategies. In this framework, 3 different strategies of shared-memory allocation and automatic collection were implemented. This framework would select the strategy with the best anticipating performanee based on statistic features of shared-memory of the system in run-time, and dynamically switches the current memory management strategy into the chosen one. Several concurrent test eases on the fundamental test platform have shown that this framework improves the average performance of shared-memory management and the entire system.
