%X In this paper, a method of setting and checking dynamic rules is proposed.With this method, one can flexibly switch the work mode of an intelligent measurement and control system without changing the main body of the system's program. It requires fewest system resources while improving the efficency and reliability of the system.Moreover it provides a effective solution to set and check dynamic rules,a difficult problem in intelligent measurement and control systems. The details of its implementation are provided here.This method can be used in many other applications.
