%X Firstly, a mode used to apply the shortest path to the point factors assessment is presented, the node-link-block network model and the methods to locate access-point of abstract nodes in the network are designed, dynamic network is generated for computing the shortest path. Secondly, the point factors influencing the land parcel price are located and the shortest path distances between land parcels and point factors are calculated through improved Dijkstra algorithm. Finally, the assessment results of point factors are figured out. Furthermore, the node-link-block network model and the methods to locate access-point of abstract nodes in the network would be very useful in many other application fields.
