%X Expound the characteristic of the facilities in AM/FM/GIS system and then introduce a facilities management platform: FMS(Facilities Management System)based on general GIS. Describe the general structure and character of the facilities management platform. At last give a detailed interpretation on such key technologies as rule base, accessing the facility object, the implementation of graphical interfaces.
