%X Parallel genetic algorithm is one of the main research fields of genetic algorithms.A design of the parallel genetic algorithm on grid computing platform and the improvement of the coarse-grained parallel algorithm have been brought out in this paper.The further research work which should be given more attention has also been pointed out.
