%X The inter-operation technology between TMN and SNMP network management system is one of key technology in effective connecting in computer network and communication network. However Management Information Base (MIB) including the definition of management information, and it is the core of network management. This thesis analyzes the principle of Proxy, presents a principle to convert SNMP-TMN MIB, and implement it use Java.
