%X The object location for colorful images can be executed by one of them or together. A fusion ruler was presented for colorful images in order to acquire object fast and accurately. The paper showed a fusion ruler for object location of colorful images, 100% of the location accuracy will be expected for valid colorful vehicle license plate images.
