%X ASP.NET-based Web application and active Website technology,which are developed by Microsoft company,make the process of Web application more simple and faster.With combination of ASP.NET,ADO.NET and SQL Server 2000 technology,the human resource management information system was developed,which can reduce the limitation of information published on dynamic Website.Describes the principle of design,structure,function and realization of the system.A new way ma-(king) the process of data handling more flexible is also discussed.
