%X In order to resolve the problem of separation between production and market demands in steel enterprise management,the CRM and ERP-based integration production and business mode is presented.On the base of process reorganization focused on clients,the business process and data are integrated.The software frame is built.The system functions are designed.Through relating CRM to ERP system,the information management from ordering to capital withdrawal is realized.
