%X A new MAC mechanism for priority differentiation was proposed. Inspired by IEEE 802.11 fragment burst, two new terms named frame-relay and relay-interruption were introduced for different priority applications, With frame-relay, top priority applications could be delivered from source node to destination with minimum contention. For different priority traffic, different times of frame-interruption were applied. NS-2 simulation demonstrated the feasible of the proposed approach.
