%X On the research of network congestion control,Active Queue Management implemented in IP layer has been the hotspot of the research.Firstly presents the new AQM algorithm;secondly we analyze the PI algorithm in details and then design an integral-separated PI algorithm that is developed from general PI algorithm.Compared to general PI,Simulation results show that integral-separated PI can not only eliminate the queue static error and keep the queue stabilized, but also it is able to speed up the queue convergence.
