%X This paper analyzes the disadvantages, especially the disadvantages in communication mechanism about some secure E-mail protocols, and puts forward an on line authentication secure E-mail system framework based on certificate authority, and expatiates the realization of the two-way not denying or disavowing authentication mechanism while sending or receiving E-mail.
