%X Combining expert system,call-center and other technologies,Agricultural Plant Diseases and Insect Pests Call-center System (APDIPCS) is an interactive system between expert,watch and user based on the theory of CSCW (Computer Supported Cooperative Work.Introduces the system flow and framework of APDIPCS,and also analyses the process and key technologies of APDIPCS,and last this paper analyses the foreground of APDIPCS.
