%X Symmetrical push-pull fatigue tests were conducted on as-electrodeposited polycrystalline copper containing a high density of twins. It was found that twins have different effects on fatigue hardening behavior of copper under different plastic strain amplitudes. When plastic strain amplitude was higher than about 8.14×10 -4, twins will elevate fatigue saturation stress and extend stress saturation plateau because of the interactions between twin boundaries and dislocations.
