%X Analyzes the disadvantages of real-time video transport over the Internet,proposes the solution of integrating the technology of layered encoding and proxy caching,studies the prefetching method and replacement method of proxy caching based on the layered encoding.Utilizing the character of the video stream,improves the hit and popularity of the proxy cache.
