%X Present a new method by which the dada-base of image-media is erected and image is retrieved. According to the characteristic of the image downloading from internet and the applying mode of the image, this method based on DWT adapts the mechanism of fractal coding. So we can index our image in fuzzy retrieval and hierarchy.
