张林 %A 刘宜华 %A 张连生 %A 张汝贞 %A 黄宝歆 %J 金属学报 %D 2003 %I %X Fex(In2O3)1-x granular films were fabricated by the radio frequency sputtering, and the structures and magnetic properties of nanometer ferromagnetic metal-semiconductor matrix Fex (In2O3) 1-x granular films have been studied. According to the dependence of low field susceptibility on temperature and the hysteresis loops at different temperature, it was found that the nanometer-sized Fe particles in granular films showed the magnetic relaxation effect at definite temperature. The magnetic property of granular films changes from super-paramagnetic into ferromagnetic at the blocking temperature TB=50 K. The change of structure in granular films results in the transition of state from ferromagnetic to spin-glass-like at a certain critical temperature with decreasing temperature. The cause of change of structure in granular films at low temperature are explored and analyzed. %K nanometer metal granular film %K crystal structure %K magnetic property %K phase transition
