%X As to the ZA22/Al2O3(F) composites made by squeeze casting, the room-temperature strengths were studied by the computer simulation with ROM rule and neural network model alternatively. The results show that ROM rule can predict two important parameters of composites strength e.g. Vmin and Vcrit effectively. Compared with ROM rule, neural network model can not only predict the Vmin and Vcrit pretty well, but also describe the strength variation with the change of Vf.
