孟祥宁 %A 朱苗勇 %A 刘旭东 %A 程乃良 %A 江中块 %J 金属学报 %D 2007 %I %X Through analyses of oscillation process parameters and friction force of continuous casting mold, the non-sinusoidal oscillation factors at 1.8 and 2.0 m/min casting speed with a new non-sinusoidal oscillation waveform were determined, and the factor variety rule with casting speed increasing was also discussed. The results show that the rational factor at 1.8 and 2.0 m/min casting speed was 0.2, it is consistent with practical system, under the situation of frequency and amplitude invariable, the factor should be increased to 0.25 to ameliorate oscillation effect real time when casting speed enhanced to 2.2 m/min from 2.0 m/min. %K continuous casting mold %K high speed casting %K oscillation parameter %K non-sinusoidaloscillation factor
