孙国岭 %A 李贺军 %A 齐乐华 %A 王兆伟 %A 胡志彪 %A 陈强 %J 金属学报 %D 2006 %I %X During thermal gradient chemical vapor infiltration(TCVI)fabricating C/C compos- ites,the complex change of the temperature field is difficult to solve by using analytics.A finite element model concerning unstable temperature field for TCVI process was proposed to overcome this problem, and the distribution curves of the temperature field change during the whole infiltration process were given out by numerical simulation.The relationship between deposition temperature and densification efficiency was also investigated.The simulated results of the temperature distribution accord with the experimental ones. %K C/C composite %K chemical vapor infiltration %K thermal gradient %K numerical simulation %K unstable temperature field
