%X In the past three decades, the P/M superalloy in our country has a great progress. But in general, there is a big gap between domestic and foreign. The powders are the key. So a novel spark plasma discharge process , different from traditional process such as Plasma Rotating Electrode Process and Argon Gas Atomization, is proposed to produce Superalloy fine powders. Fine powders from wrought superalloy plate and a new P/M superalloy bar are studied.
