A P-depleted layer was found nearby the surface during annealing.The P-depleted layer became thicken and the depletion of P became severe as theincrease of annealing temperature. The mechanism of elementary redistrib utionand annealing embrittlement during relaxation Was discussed on the viewpoint ofthe activation energy of atomic diffusion in Ni-P amorphous being variables. %K Ni-P amorphous %K element redistribution %K annealing embrittlement
